Please send a text message only if it is a time sensitive matter or if responding to a message sent to you. I will respond as soon as I am able to check my phone or someone on my staff will respond sooner, if necessary.
Please expect a delay in my response to portal messages and voicemails now that Courts are requiring my physical presence.
Case updates are sent quarterly. If there is no update in your case, you will not receive one. If you request a phone or office conference to discuss your case, it will be set for the next available Tuesday or Wednesday.
Probate clients: please be prepared to attend any and all hearings in-person. The same is required of all witnesses unless special arrangements are made in advance.
Immigration clients: cases processing inside the U.S. have picked up a lot of speed over the first quarter of 2022. Cases processing outside the U.S. are still at a complete pause or moving extremely slowly due to world conditions.
Injury clients: please keep in mind that jury trials are delayed 2+ years. If your case is on a litigation route, please prepare to wait. If your case is on a settlement route, please have patience as many insurance agencies and provider facilities are still short-staffed.
